10th Anniversary Awsomeness
Hey everyone, My name is Casey. I just picked up a Mint 10th Anniversary with 73,000Km ~44,000 Miles. Im new to the rotary game but it is an interesting one! I loved the car as soon as I set eyes on her. She came with and HKS exhaust, aftermarket stereo, and subwoofer.

Great find! Is this the one you bought?
88 Mazda RX7 Turbo Anniversary Edition
Does the car have AC? My 10th AE is a Canadian version with no AC.

Thanks! I bought a few things already... I got a BNR stage 3 turbo, new injectors, exedy stage 1 hd, my motor was just ported and is almost complete. Just waiting on a few things and we should be good to go! Hopefully I'll get my car back in a few days.

I'm looking to get a FCD, so I'm deciding on whether to go with the Rtek7 stage 2.1 ECU upgrade, or go with the 1.5. I Have an HKS cat-back exhaust and I installed a K&N, I'm pending either a waste-gate porting, or since I will have the turbo off, I'm thinking of just taking the leap into the BNR stage 2 (which would be fitting with the Rtek7 2.1). I just piked up a new fuel pulsation damper (yeah I smell fuel, ) which I plan on installing tomorrow morning or evening. I'm staying in Tucson for a while. I live in Arcata, Ca most of the year, and I'm definitely down for a cruise or meet. My girlfriend lives in Antioch about half of the year. I plan on keeping the car mostly stock, nothing too insane, I like the stock appearance That is what is drawing me to the BNR stage 2. It is the one in the add btw. I would feel too badly about molesting her too much, but I believe that a few healthy mods will be welcomed (I will do them properly, no hack jobs here ). I want to see if I can find an upgraded TMIC (to retain the factory look) or have one built. I may or may not change the boost settings, though if I did I would bump her up to 10psi. Of course I would install all the supporting mods required to keep her fed . I feel those mods will be just enough to fulfill some of my cravings. I used to own a 99 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 #168. So for now nice tune up; fuel filter, spark plugs, fuel pulsation damper, ported waste-gate (or the BNR setup), new set of rubber out back, four-wheel alignment, a bit of refurbishing on the leather seats, and a nice fresh wax job!
