Wipers only work on low HELP!!!
I have a Rally next week and the forecast is for rain. My wipers only work on low. I have changed the switch and the motor but still only slow. Where is the "Intermittant Wiper Relay" located. Thats gotta be it Right?

If it is the FC in your profile, then the relay is inside the switch and it needs to be replaced.
