That's either the Knightsports "4 light" bumper or a copy. Can't tell you who's it is, but if it's real Knightsports front end then they should be IPF lights..

IPF headlights are made in Japan. I have 4 that I may be willing to sell you. I took them off my eastbear kit, never even used them once. Let me know if you are interested.
