Not bad at all!! Don't think that price can be beat! How's the fitment on the speaker grill. Do you have a pic you can post?. Thanks

Hmmm, I've never seen those pods before. And I was going to ask the same question. I know the Tri-Power pods snap right into the speaker opening. How does this pod mount? I hope you don't have to screw holes in your dash! Also, does it compromise forward visibility in any way?

Thanks for the photo. Awesome setup!. I know "Hometown" makes a Dual Pod as well, but compare their price of 69 bucks to the price of the "Egauges" model of 25 bucks, and the decision making gets a little easier. This of course barring any major fitment issues with the latter.

Still waiting to hear from ZeroBanger with his thoughts on his Egauge pod. Thanks

Sorry I dont spend much time on this forum these days, but here I am...

Anyway, I order this about a month ago. The quality for the price is exceptional. I would NOT put it in the same league as FLY RX-7's in terms of fit and quality, though. To mount mine I simply took 16 gauge wire and attached to the support bar of the gauges and pulled down and attached it under the dash. Its secure and doesn't move. Some day I want to take it apart and attach to the speaker grill, so it will snap connect.

This item is for someone that wants a good quality gauge pod and is willing to do some custom stuff to mount it.

On a side note, there is enough room to put a switch and some LED's between the gauges if you need to.

Sounds like a Winner. BUT,...How much work is involved in getting access to the pod/gauges from beneath to secure with wire?? Can this be done without taking apart the main console where the a/c control dials sit?? Thanks

you dont need to take out the center console, I took my center ac/heating vent out. It worked fine. you have to remove your radio or your din storeage compartment to route your wires up there. mine were routed in the dash area, so I reached in where the radio was and pushed the wires up where the heating ducting is (behind the center vent). Once its in that area I reach in the center vent area and pull it out through the top of the dash. Took me 15 minutes.

Thanks for the tips. I'll order my pod next week. Now whats left is to figure out which two gauges to install. Was thinking of a Water Temp and A/F Autometer Sport Comp gauges to match my Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges I have on my A-Pillar Pod. Anyway, thanks alot for the info.

Do any of you know of good 60mm dual center speaker pods??

I'm thinking of putting some Defi BF 60mm's on .. but tri-power stuff says 60mm.. but I don't think they will work.. or has anyone try to bore it out.. like the autometer pillar pods??
