I have a spoiler question to add on. IF you go to the iluvmyrx7.com site, third gens section, desktops....what spoiler is that on the Efini pictures (not the R1 or 99 spec spoilers). It is kind of like a flat whale tail style.

I have looked all over using various words, but seeing I don't know what it is called that makes searching VERY difficult!!

I'm thinking it is rare or not very popular because I don't believe I have ever seen it on a persons car.

i think you are talking about the RZ spoiler, the pre-1999 style.

Yup, that one is the 96-98 "mx-6" style spoiler. You can get that for ~$220 from jt-imports.
It wasn't very popular

Thanks guys, that's what I was looking for. Like I said, I tried here and Google for things like "RX7" and "spoilers, etc. but all I kept getting was aftermarket things and the norm we see here.

I thought it was kinda good looking, but now I dunno after seeing how few have it To me that usually is a good judge of quality and looks.

 

Sorry, I didn't want to give the impression that it was ugly.... it's just a lot less popular than either the 93-95 or 99+. It seems to have been bypassed by the community. Here's an old thread I remember that had a few pics, and you can contact the owner (he's still around the boards)

Its still on some peoples webpages but its no longer available from RE-Amemiya
