How hard was to drill the hole ?? did you guys relocate anything ?? I looked behind the glove compartment and it seems like there is an AC tube behind it..Any hint or points will be appreciated

Thanks

If I were you I would not put them over there... Little pointless. Try to get them in your field of view when driving... Like an A-Pilliar or such.. Even in the DIN above your radio would be better I would think.. Good luck.

its pretty easy to drill the hole as long as you have a good set of drill bits...and yeah, there is an AC tube in the way so you have to drill thru it to make the gauges fit...hope that helps

That has "bad idea" written all over it, IMHO.

When I bought my car, several years ago, it had 4 gauges above the glovebox. I could not safely drive and look at them at the same time, so I bought a new dash and got rid of them. As stated before, you should place gauges on your field of view. I also had a couple of gauges on the A-pillar but I got rid of them because I did not like the cheap-looking plastic and my left hand would bump into them during spirited autocross driving. I bought a new A-pillar cover and got rid of the gauges. I placed the boost gauge on an RE Amemiya steering column mount, and 2 other gauges above the radio. If need be, I would mount other gauges on a center speaker gauge pod.

It's not practical, so why do it? Are you just putting in the gauges to 'look cool'? You won't be able to view them over there while driving..

hahaha yeah..just trying to look coo..I'm more into the show but I am going to fabricate it so the gauges WILL face towards the driver instead of facing str8 I don't like the idea of having gauges in the pods ( FACTORY STYLE all the way )
