ok, i have a 10" sub and box, and was wondering where i should bolt it down at in my hatch area for the BEST sound...

choose between them and tell me what you guys think. it's not the best example. but the arrows are meant to be pointing at ALL the way in the back and the corners...

also tell me which way they should be facing.. i don't mind if it was in front of the spare tire. because i carry a toolbox in my car anyways if i ever had to get to the tire.

I would say in the center of the car as far back as you can get it. but bass is not that derectional.
If its a closed box I would have it pointed to the front.
If its a ported box and the port is audible point the port away from you.

 

yup, it's closed... that seems like the best place for it.
