Im missing the bolts on my 93 that hold the door panel down to the door, and most importantly the bolt that holds the passenger side door handle to the door panel (the bottom bolt) does anyone know the size of these or where i might get some replacement ones?

Look in the FSM or just take the bolt off the driver side to homedepot and they have a thread thingy there to see what size bolt it is.
