Ash tray if anywhere. I can't leave it in my pockets because of the slant of the seat, the money just comes right out and ends up either in the seat or in the floor.

I never have any money, change or otherwise, after fixing and modding my 7, so this concept is foreign to me.

I removed both seats last time I detailed the car, and found $1.38 in change, so only 1000 more and I can buy my PFC and Commander!!

If they thought of everything why did they make such a complex sequential turbo system? Why is the fuel filter located in such a hard-to-reach spot?

I agree with you though on the ashtray, I do the same thing when I need something out of it (pull it out, dump into hand )

Just stuff a piece of high-density foam into the back of your ashtray so the coins don't disapear underneath the sliding door... it'll sill hold a fair amount, and you woun't have to remove and dump the tray to get to the quarters....

hmmm... this sound like a good idea. i may have to give that some thought.

i like to have my change broken up into pennies, nickels, and dimes in one spot and then, quarter, loonies, and twoonies (can you tell i'm from canada? lol) in another spot so the ashtray (even with the foam) doesn't work out well for me.

ddr10... what kind of holder are you using? description please?

thanks!

coinholder to keep in the door cubby, it never moves around atallif your worried about the rattling, just get a nice fat one, and i still have room for other "stuff" in there. while one the subject, i got one of those $.99 window cup holder things, that clip onto the window sill, and hooked it into the little spot where the defroster light comes on, beneath the cluster. it works great, excellent! you just cant get in and out with a drink in it because your knee bumps it abit, but for long trips, you cant beat it. go get one, and you wont regret it.

Ashtray, of course. Yes, simply pull it out and pour into hand. I drive the turnpike everyday and this works fine.

cell phone? guys, there are these vvery handy devices out there that are hands free chargers! ive got one that just plugs into the cig lighter and sits behind the wiper switch. i wired the mic for it up over the drivers door so i dont have to yell at my cell. i works great and looks very distinguished, and most of all is very functional! where else would you put your phone?

there is also another Mazda part that seperates the coins, and fits into the drivers side storage box (in the door). Anyone have a picture?
