What material are you looking for?
Are you looking for bumper only or lip too?
I found 3 different sites in $300, $400,$500 range but not sure if they would fit right and doesn't come with a lip. But rx7store.net sells 1.
Just search rx7 99 spec bumper on google.

I dont believe you can get the OEM 99 Spec without the front plate. It will have to be aftermarket which brings fitment issues. I think that is why most folks run the OEM part. I would probably deal with the fitment issues but I have seen several creative ways to make the plate mount not look too bad.

RaceOnUSA.
I reused the metal backing that the OEM USDM bumper has by drilling out the rivots and placing them on the polyurethane RaceOn Bumper. Also a bit of shaving here and there. Nothing outrageously hard to do though. Getting that to fit was the first bit of bodywork I've ever done. Once I was sure it fit well I sent it off for painting and then put it on there myself.
I used a round metal file, a dremel tool, and some sand paper (to smooth out the poly after the round metal file got ahold of it)
Dremel to remove "big" spots
Round metal file to remove "medium" amounts
Sand paper to smooth out parts I touched with the other two.
If you get the RaceOn, do NOT drill holes into it where the indents are for the holes to be drilled. Most of them are off by at least 1/2 inch from where my holes eventually were. Thats the MAJOR fitment issue with the RaceOn, everyone simply drills the holes where they look like they are supposed to be, installs it, and then wonders why it doesnt fit right. Adding the metal backing plates just allows you to fine tune its position, the same as my slight shaving here and there allowed for fine tuning. It still wouldnt fit bad even without any grinding/shaving/metal on it if you drilled the holes properly.
If I can do it, you can too I assure you

these pics are making me go towards oem, looks pretty good. but if i got oem, i have to find that plate that someone made, that says rx7 on it since florida dont need front plates

humm so i see corksport is cheapest. i didn't see or really know how to navigate through mazda motorsports, and i have no clue why the rebar is so expensive as well. i mean 400+ for a bumper i understand. 300+ for lights really not worth the money buttt still need to buy it.. but the rebar isn't it just a piece or metal which i think is retarded to sell so so much/
