where can i find RX7 Flip back plates

where can i find RX7 Flip back plates
I've seen some plates that flip back when going about 50 miles per hour. I saw a thread of Taka-Kaira flip-back plates but I can't find the flip back plates anymore. does anyone know where I could get one?
