Where to acquire *new*stock body panels for FD3S..?

hope this isn't too off-topic, but i am trying to get my FD straightened out after a roll, i need some straight body parts like the roof, rear quarter-panel and such... aside from junkyards and such, where do these parts come from new? i walked into my local Mazda dealership and their parts department was not helpful at all... when i told them i needed a roof they wouldn't even pull out a catalog, said that the didn't deal in *those sort of parts*.

again, sorry if this is indeed "off topic", but can anyone point me in the right direction to find such parts, online or otherwise? a reply or PM would be great, thx people..

J - you're still working on that thing?! Not sure who's worse, you or me!

If Ray can hook you up with free shipping on the quarter and roof panels, then that might be a better deal. Other wise, try Jeff Haas / www.mazdaformance.com . They'll still want to 'deliver' the parts even though we're local, but the courier service shouldn't be too much. That, and taxes - you'll have to see which comes out better.

Houston meet tomorrow, Barry's Pizza - stop by.

hey dclin... damn, you caught me. i got the bug again this week, tired of watching her sit and idle in such ugly condition (you saw her!)... i'll check w/ Ray first, and check w/ Haas again, they didn't want to play last week. good one to you all, you'll see me at Barry's once i can drive there properly again.

oh, and i ended up giving up on my quest for the mythical Manaray rim, i ended up w/ Marc's 17" Aegis w/ the advan tires for now..!

Haha, not having a drivable FD hasn't stopped me! I think I've been to the last 9-10 meets without mine... people are starting to wonder if I really have one...
