What the owner said has no proof that it is actually a different paint, it just means that it looked different than the beat-up car that he started with. We do know for a fact that it is called Vintage Red, even on the newer RX-7's.

1revn3rdgen, i have to agree with you, that SP engineering 7 is awesome. I love that RE-A wide body, and of course you cant forget that awesome twin setup.

That car is a beauty in person. It isn't just for show either. I think it puts down well over 400rwhp. I used to not like that kit until I saw this car in person. Nice work Tony at RXecret.

I'm sure it's fast and well put together; it definitely looks it, but come on, a Porsche front end? Can you say, "POSER"? Try taking that car to a PCA meet and watch the eyes roll!

The factory color was black but when they put the kit on it they painted it the lamborghini orange i like it though but with that kit im sure any color would have looked good. That car looks even better in person it had RE-amemiya all around even the seats are RE.

I dont know if they still make the body kit beacuse this is the 95 or 96 widebody. There's a couple of places that can get you this kit but it is a back order. The price on this kit is around $12k.I believe that rotary extreme sells them and for a good price too.
