I'm looking to paint my car. Nothing cheap, spending atleast 4k.

If you'd like to say stay SSM, feel free, but I think I'll be changing it to another silver. I'm looking at some Porsche, bmw, and Mercede silvers. Amy input from you guys?

What about Scion FRS Silver Ignition? I'd recommend trying to see this color in person. Has some really interesting tones to it and looks really different depending on lighting. Might not be bright enough for you though. It's a bit toward the grey end of the silvers.

If you want to keep it an FD color you could choose the bathurst color, Special Edition Titanium Gray = 25G

Love this color but since I'm not pulling the engine and having everything sprayed I'm trying to keep it a lighter shade

Paint code H154-"Quicksilver" from Holden (our version of GM/Chevrolet here in Australia)

Came out on the Holden Monaro (you guys got them badged as Pontiac GTO)

Nice clean, bright silver with fine metallic. I have it on mine.

Been looking through some paint books and I'm looking at viper silver (Dodge viper silver) it's a nice light shade that has smaller metallic flakes. A lot of other silvers have larger flakes and it just gives off a cheap hot wheels feel when I look at them. Mercedes brilliant (less flakes, more shine) and iridium (more flakes) silvers look nice as well.
