There was an OEM option skirt for a while that doesnt make any serious change to the body line, just drops the sides down a little and makes the car more agressive but I don't think you can get them anymore. The Apex'i skirts are great and basically the same thing though.

The Amemiya ones might look good. They don't change the lines drastically either. Take a look at the Blue Lambo Door one whose photo is around here a lot. It has them. Their the D-2 side skirts.

Do a search for "LAMBO doors" on this forum and you will see it. It shows up all the time. You can't miss it with the doors up in the air....

put that in and scroll down to the blue car. Those are the Side skirts I'm referring too. I have them but they aren't on the car yet. Willhave pics of the project in about 2-3 weeks hopefully.

I think the FEED carbon sides would look good! Especially if the 99spec lip was in Carbon.....

rx7store.net is the above link, and it's usually pretty good on price. But if that's a little steep I'm sure you know how to shop around

I personally don't think it looks right in the pic above.....
maybe just me. The painted sideskirts don't seem to blend with the black 99-spec lip (same issue would come up with the unpainted r-1 lip). I agree with jheugel that the 99-spec front would look good with the feed cf skirts.....
I was gonna do that until I realized that I have no $$
