What need to be done to fit Sparco Torinos in an FD?

I hear about how you need special brackets, or "sliders" to install the Sparco Torino seats in an FD. Where can i get these parts, and if i am wrong, what exactly do i need to get them to fit? Thanks!

Sparco offers the neccessary brackets, just ask the dealer to supply you with the neccessary hardware/sliders for your application, I've seen them range from 100-150 for all the neccessary hardware, and thats each seat...

My mistake, I meant about 150 for the pair. Sparco charges abiut 60 for each slider kit, so roughly 120-15 for both sets? Assuming you are replacing both seats?

I have the Sparco Torino seats in my FD and there is definitely no brackets or sliders for these seats. You would have to custom make them yourself or take it to a shop to have them do it for you. It takes about 6-8 hours to make the bracket just for one seat. Also, the seat does rub against the door.

These are the same seats I have looked at buying. It seems the milanos are a bit wider in a couple spots so I have been reluctant to persue it further knowing the tight fit of the torinos and the ever elusive mounting hardware. I think the milanos would be a better fit for us Middle aged American Guys. Not all of us have a "Alfie" build.
