Mazdaspeed just discontinued all production of FD3S products in Japan just recently, so there's still a chance to have one imported, but you'll pay out the nose for it.

You might be better off trying to score an R-Magic hood from http://www.fdnewbie.com. The R-Magic hood is almost identical to the Mazdaspeed, except it has two more vents at the rear of the hood.
