Question What hood is this?

Can anyone identify this hood?

It's in the opening clip of the RotaryExtreme website (great one by the way). It has the front vent like that of the Scoot hood but without the set of vents at the top. Anymore pics would be appreciated.

I don't think it's a real hood. I haven't seen that hood and i surf the web alot for unique rx7 bodyparts.

FEED hoods don't look horrible like that; They don't have that duct in front.

Are you sure? I thought I had seen a forum member's car with the same type of hood, long ago though. Fwiw, the car was vintage red.

The hood you are speaking of was just a stock hood, cut to fit a Dodge Viper scoop. The owner was or still is "coop" and it was the previous owner before him that had it done.

Hood is not real, Talked to Chuck @ Rotaryextreme a while back if he could make one. Said they don't make anything like that, best bet would be to buy a fiberglass scoot hood and see if a body shop could fill in the rear vents. So to answer you question no they don't make them.
