i had this sent over around 9 years ago and have been sitting on it until recently, iv been repairing it to get it on the car.
iv been trying to track whos design it was but im not having any luck..
i may build a plug off of it just to have a back-up for a worst case scenario..

That looks like the front bumper from an old movie with a white FC in it. Pretty sure that is a Yours Sports bumper. Yours is missing the smoked lenses that cover up the large opening in front of the headlamps.

 

I'm going on a long shot and guessing you have a Type B Yours Sports. They still make a type A, B, and C. Type B isn't pictured on their site though. The descriptions say they have different light kit designs on the bottom of the bumpers. Email the shop and see if any of them can identify it.
