Looks a lot like the Border Type I, but I can't be sure.. very similar, but the edges seem rounder on the Border Pic, and the points/recess on the front lip dont appear to be there on the pic you posted...

Its not border and its not Re amemiya. Its the KSP bumper that if I remember correct goes for 48000 Jap Yen
