Want to Repair TII seat bolster.

Mine is not ripped yet, but it is sagging and i can feel the bar that sits under the foam . where would i get foam, how would i shape it, and i was thinking maybe find different foan densities and layer it so it wont wear through the bar again? Any tips would be great.
