Just wondering how many people have the VIS Invader CF hood on their 7? whats the price? I heard I need to take off the original thread off the stock hood, is hard to install? or if there are anything I need to watch out before installation?

i didnt have to take the threads off(i assume you are talking about the studs that mount the hood to the hinges) with my VIS 'KS' Hood, but maybe the invader is different. it was a breeze to install; only needing my dremel tool(to cut out the hood latch hole), and basic hand tools. Hope this helps even though it is not the Invader hood that I own, but I assume that their manafacturing process would be similar.
