Use the search button bro. This has been discussed a billion times. Its only worth the money if YOU think it is, and nobody else. Look up FDNewbi, he's had the kit forever!!

$1000 bucks? I thought the "quality" kits were about $2000 or more?

Yes, and no. Initially, they were like $2500, cuz basically they were sole providers of the kit. Basically rape 'em while you can kinda thing. All of us who got in on it from the get-go had to pay a price to be the firsts. That's how you get the attention really. Now, I think the VD kit is only like $1250 or so.

Well, they should give you "firsts" guys royalties for getting it out there.

Yea...it really comes down to how you play your cards. If you look for a sponsorship and rep their products real early, yea, you'll get something out of it. Otherwise, you walk away w/ empty pockets. My FD was actually the one the templates were modified and the final templates were made from. I didn't go the sponsorship route w/ them because I wanted to own my car. Noel (also on this forum) got the full ride, and last I heard, he hasn't seen his car in almost a year (he's the one w/ the Carbon Creations blue on black (or silver? can't remember) FD w/ the VD doors and CF body panels. Diff strokes for diff folks I guess. I used it to help catch the eyes of sponsors that I DID wanna work w/
