The Evo-R Sleek 90mm lights don't look to bad

If anything they look like replica RE-Amemiya ones.

LOL
At least twice the cost of the kit? And? You think people that buy a kit like this just buy a stock RX-7, slap on the kit and their done? That's just the first bit as a ton of performance mods also come with the territory.

Yes Ferrari is art on wheels. Would I take a 458 over a Fortune RX7? Of course I would. That's a long departure from saying a car is downright "ugly". People go to extremes on internet forums. It's all or nothing. OMG thats freaking awesome or thats ugly as ****! People like to be overly dramatic for attention and it's annoying.

If people saw a Fortune RX-7 next to your stock looking RX-7 at an auto show, I know what 99% of them would be interested in looking at.

Old thread is old but OP reserves the right to resurrect his own dead thread

I'd wager most RX-7 owners say they don't like it because they cannot afford the $20k or so to install one properly. If a vendor said for a promotion they would install the kit+body work+paint for free, I'd bet 99% of RX-7 owners would jump at the offer.

I'm not sure why some people can't appreciate both? or for some reason feel the need to trash talk one above the other. In my opinion you hit the nail on the head Callsign_Vega.

Personally I'm glad the cost is so prohibitive, as I don't like having the same thing as everyone else. I love checking out builds and the unique and creative ways people choose to customize their rides. I don't feel the need to be sanctimonious and judgmental whilst doing so.
I can definitely tell you both that's not the case with me. As I actually think it's ugly.... Now feed :

I respectfully disagree. Even in person I thought it was ugly, but to each their own. Just don't call it art.
