Recently performed the sleepy light modification with an HID as low beam and standard H3 bulb as high. The H3 is significantly brighter than the HID at this point. I'm guessing there must be a drop across the stock wiring harness, but don't have a multimeter to use handy right now.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?
