Undercover RX7

I wonder if someone were to replaced the mazda logo of the RX7 with one of the Corvettes, cops will let you get away with some **** since you wouldn't technically classify as a rice. Just a thought

I'm sorry, I'm very biased towards domestic cars...I drove a Ford Exploder

I just hate the whole "I drive a v8, I'm a bad ***" character...I'd rather deal with flaming ricers

I have never driven/owned an american car and its my goal to keep it that way! Plus no cop in his right mind would think twice about letting you off. He may just flat out say your such an idiot Im writing you more citations! cops arent as dumb as people think. Most of the ones Ive talked to are into cars. So I guarantee that they see a corvette badge on anything but a vette, your toast

this does bring about an interesting theory though ...

i've gotten 2 tickets in the last 6 months. one i'm taking defensive driving to dismiss ... the other, well, not much i can do about that (110 in a 65 ... d'oh!)

2 guys that i work with own vettes. both of them are as heavy footed as me and i hear more stories about them getting off of tickets than i hear of them chasing down a porsche or a WS6 or something. one guy gets caught doing 80 in a 65 and then 60 in a 45 all in the same instance and the cop lets him walk. what gives?

yet, i get off work late and go 45 in a 35 and the guy won't even hear my story. (i suppose i deserved it ... i was racing a WS6 earlier on the ride home @ near 130 ... i know, i know ... dumb, dumb, dumb)

but, is there some strange correlation that corvette = higher probability of cop letting you go?

Its all luck of the draw, I got pulled over 6 times in 2 years in my prelude, I got let go on 3 speeding violations (minor, 10-15mph over) and 3 times they were bs pull overs, noise, following too close in stop and go, etc.

Tryin to make your car something it's not IS rice. Putting a Corvette logo on an RX-7 is almost like LS Integra with Integra Type R logos all over the car... or like putting a VTEC sticker on a Toyota, heh.

Isnt that a pretty stereotypical comment? Did you have some bad experience with a guy in a domestic or something? I can see them thinking they are superior but a badass?

I wonder if I can do a 5 lug swap by just getting Hub caps that have the 5 plastic lug nuts on them??

Do I need to do a 4 cylinder Engine swap to have 4 piston brakes?

Exactly what is the gas gauge measuring when the tank is half full?...gas or Air?

Will my car go around right hand corners easier if I deflate the tires on that side?

If My diff is not LSD and only one wheel is powered then Why does the car go straight?

If the chicken crossed the road to get to the other side.,will he want to go back?
