Turbo Timer is busticated

My greddy Turbo timer II broke a while back. the car was just about dead, and wouldn't keep turning over, so i jumped it. not sure if that sent to much electricty through it or what, but now it doesn't work. it turns on but just to the "speed" option and has 3 backwards C's. (CCC backward). any idea on what this means, or how to fix it? i took the thing apart, but i don't see anything that jumps out at me as being wrong.

I just want the damn thing to work again, i never cared about the options...

So I put the thing back together again, looked on the greddy site, held the P,T,S buttons down, heard a beep, pressed some random buttons, did it again, and again and again, and wah-la! all of a sudden it decided to work again... not sure what i did, but its working...

Thanks for looking.
