Trying to figure out what color to paint the car...

The car was originally Competition Yellow Mica but the original owner painted it Montego Blue Mica. So I am trying to decide if I want to go back to the original CYM or paint it a custom color. If I were to go custom I was thinking a dark green or dark blue or even a silver or grey. Any thought?

I am looking through the RX-7 pictures posted in the 3rd gen section and so far I am loving the dark blue metalic RX-7's that I saw.

That was the original colour of the car. Not really worried about the cost if it is the color I decide to paint it but I am actually leaning towards a dark blue I saw.

Personally paint it original CYM, but it sounds like you need to narrow your choice down a bit more first. You've got 4 options listed, and ultimately it's your decision on the paint; so do what you want.

I personally have never been a fan of the original CYM. Yellow cars yes but not the tone of the CYM.

Thanks for the input guys. I think I have decided to go with Lemans Blue, a paint found on later C5 and C6 Corvettes.
