I'm considering (well, more than that) removing the storage bins from my '84 GS, and raplacing them with two (or one, if there's a "tunnel" between the two) transmission line (TL) subs to complement my Infinity Refference main speakers and door-mounted supertweeters. Does anybody have any experience building such subs, or experience putting any speaker in those locations?

 

I have never built one, but the ones I have seen were huge. I don't think one built to the correct specs will fit.
