Thoughts on this Pettit Kit?

Okay. So my Veilside idea is dying a quick death. From what I am seeing the more accepted and contemporary look has more of a 'racing' edge to it.

I still like flash and dash along with power and this kit seems to fit the bill as a second option. Problem is. I can't find it for sale anywhere. Not even on Pettit's website...

Any thoughts?

P.S.--I likes the comment on my previous post about Veilside being so 90's. Truth is, I've been desiring an rx-7 since the late 90's so that would explain it!

Just call Pettit on the phone. They will be able to tell you about the rear flares and your mounting options.

However, if you like the Veilside kit, get it.

It's your car, you don't have to please anyone here...

Is it just me or does it look like that kit doesn't fit right in the front.

As far as the fender flares, I think they would look better if they were molded.

I don't really care for it....it's not that bad, but I don't like it all that much. The Mazdaspeed 15th anniversary fender flare kit is really good looking compared to that one.

Yeah you have to call pettit on the phone for prices on the flares but they do have them. I believe they are around $300.00 but they do make two different sets I believe. Both look the same but one has a cutout for the gas door and one does. Only what I've heard though.

Don't forget the Mazdaspeed GTC front bumper on that sucker. Keep in mind you gotta get wider wheels to make the flare set look right. I believe 12" oughta do it!
