system went dead.

I have an eclipse dvd headunit w/ 2 JL amps nd cap. I was driving today and my system went dead after i reconfigured my setup. I remounted some stuff. I realized when I got home that I left the rear speaker wires exposed and they might have touched each other. Can someone tell me if it's a fuse I blew or something else. Anyways, my fuse box is missing the lid, so if someone could please tell me which slot the radio fuse is on the driver side, i would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Chris

get a volt meter and check for 12 volts on the amp from the positive input and the negative input if nothing shows up then it is your fuse under your hood, if it does show up good then check your remote turn on but first your ignition has to be on and that should show twelve volts if all that is working then your check your amps fuses if that still doesnt fix it then it is likely your amp is blown, but there is a couple other things it could be hit me up if that doesnt work
