Painting 101: anytime you paint metal and plastic, or any different material, even with the same can of paint and painting at the sametime and the same conditions, plastic takes on a different shade.... So if his wing doesn't match its because it a different material.... Its hard for most people to notice but enthusists will notice....

Supra-style rear wing on a 3rdGen RX-7 reminds me of the racing RX-7SP's at Bathurst. Nice on other cars but not for me.
