Sturctural foam

Ok, so I'm going to repaint my car soon, and I've heard of structural foam that you pour into cavities of the 'frame' to stiffen the structure and add a little sound deadening.

I ran into a Supra forum member this past week and helped him swap a tranny in a MK1 MR2 today - and to make a long story short, he's going to be repainting his cars and a friend's in the next couple of months and I'm very interested in repainting my car myself (with his help. Ok, he's probably going to be doing to shooting hehe).

So, any particular kind of foam to look for, different characteristics or special considerations? TIA!
