I called Malloy today to just see how much they want for Fd carpet.

Many other companies made carpets specified to your car. Search around. You can find sets anywhere from $150-500.

You can get Mercedes quality carpeting from the same place that Gordon Monsen had his done for about the same price if you want to move up in quality....

BTW, I wouldnt mind having really nice carpet like Gordon does.
But I dont have the cake to keep throwing into my car. I've been spending like a madman on it for the last year. I need a break to take care of house projects I want to do. I would if the cost is reasonable.

Oh really? You should tell that to the 300 people who have been looking. I am one of them. I have been looking for about 3 weeks now and havent found not one.
Please feel free to show the rest of us the way to these so called companies supplying molded 3rd gen carpet..
2Nd gen sure, 1st gen yea no problem. But no one. I do mean NO ONE makes aftermarket premolded carpet for 3rd gen rx7's.

Fd3Boot keep in mind Gordon used the BEST materials he could find. You could probably do the whole thing for under $500 if you were willing to do some of the labor and use cheaper carpet. I'm not sure your feet are going to notice the pile count of the carpet anyway. The key to the look, imo, is the leather edges.
