I have a 93 touring model. and I was wondering if you can put a after market deck on the bose system? thanks

 

Yes, you can.

 

do you have to do any re-wiring? cause i took my car to Ultimate Electronics last summer and they told me something about the Bose system being 2 Ohms and that a deck is 4 Omhs so it wouldnt work unless I re-wired it. (i dont really know that much about car audio)

 

You only need to buy the scosche adapter. I have an aftermarket deck installed with the Bose speakers and amps. It works well!

 

where can you get this "scosche adapter" and how much does it cost? BTW does the aftermarket deck make the bose system shound alot nicer?
