I personally recommend using the factory brackets from the factory radio and making your own trim ring from some acrylic plastic found at home depot and most plastic stores.
You will also want the metra harness that allows and aftermarket radio to be plugged into the stock wiring as to avoid chopping up the stock plugs.

Or you could go to a stereo shop and buy it. I even think that walmart and radio shack carry these. The kits are a goup of parts to fit a large group oof cars but look fine when installed. I have one for my pioneer.

look at crutchfield
they make kits for just about any car - they come with the appropriate bracket, and more importantly the wiring harness to make the install a snap.
this might be a place to start:

If you got the kit direction you ned to make sure that it mounts to the dash assembly and not the radio/climate control bezel. If it mounts to the bezel it will crack and break the dash bezel eventially. It won't happen this week, but it will happen in the next year or so.

Icemark is right, and it only takes a couple of hours to design, cut, and install a custom HD\EQ\speakers rings.
