Hes right there no telling without more detail. But if its throught an amp, then it could be your amp overheating. When the cars sitting still, the voltage may drop, and when this happens the amp will heat up because its starved for energy. At this point, if its a good amp it will shut down until it reaches a good temp. If you do have an amp how many amps does it draw? and what type of eletrical upgrades do you have?

could be a corroded ground or somethingm nay have finally popped loose when you came to the stop. that happen to me once when I hit a little curb going into someones driveway
