In my buddy's Porsche, there were a few stains in the back that looked like blood.
I used some crap made by the Turtle Wax company... it's a yellow and red can with a red cap that has a scrubby brush on it surrounding the nozzle. Sprays out foam, you scrub it in, spray another layer, and let it sit.
If you need to clean just the floormats, you can put those in a conventional clothes washer... just make sure they are in there alone, you don't want the little nipples on the bottom to tear up your favorite t-shirt.

Have you actually just tried some soap and water? Sounds simple, but might do the trick.

I used to work in the Wal-Mart TLE area and whenever we had trouble with a stain (plastic floor mat moved or forgot to put one in) we used the Turtle Wax interior cleaner. It really worked good. Got some 2 yr old coffee stains out of my TII seats.
It was mentioned earlier as having a yellow and red color scheme, but I have also seen it in a Green and Yellow color scheme. Either way, the Turtle Wax brand is the one to look for....it should cost less than $5 a can and will last you quite a while, big can of stuff.
Good luck

Tons of stains...
I have literally stains everywhere on my carpet, I pulled both seats when I got the car, door pannels too. Bought two can's of Resolve.
1. Instant spot remover, just spray and scrub.
2. The not so instant Resolve, which foams up. You let it sit. Then after an hour I think it said you vacuum it up.
It works very well considering how stained it was. I should have taken pictures.. but it was damn ugly. Now its just, worn out ugly carpet
