Speakers making buzzing sound

Hey Guys

My speakers are making " buzzing " noise when i turn on my ignition. Is there any way to filter this sound ?
Can this be because of my RCA wire is old ?

Doesn't matter what kind of car it is, what is the stereo setup? Does the "buzz" get higher in pitch when you rev?

it's factory stereo ( factory speaker and the radio ). Level of sound stays the same even when I rev

The stock radio has probably just had it. Time for a new one. Filters are pretty readilly obtained at radioshack, though.
