You're right, the wing is higher. He had custom mounts made to raise it up. I think it looks a looot better.

Really, I know lots of you guys are fans of these large wings. I guess I'm kind of boring when it comes to wings. I really only like the R1 and 99' spec.

Your pictures are way better than Mazdspeeds own ones. It looks like it's adjustable to?

The only problem I have with the large wings is that it's universal and you see so many total morans with them. Do you need a GT wing on a Yugo?

I really like the Shark Wing but it seems the higher the wing, the more downforce and the Hammer Shark is extremely low profile.

 

im not too big of the hammer wing......imo the pics provided by CWest are not good enough. they dont show the wing and how it is and its kind of decieving. i dont like how it juts out to the sides of the car......but thats just me and if you liek it then great

 

Now that you guys mention the hammerhead wing, anybody got that one and is willing to provide pics? O btw, is the gtc wing curved according to the official pic? I mean it looks curved, but I just can't see it with your guys'.

 

The GTC wing is curved some. It's curved about the same amount as the back of the car. One thing about these wings is they make a ton of downforce. If you put one on, you'll have to do something to the front too to even everything out or you'll get some nice understeer.

Yeah it is curved and it is painted to match the car which I think gives it a more finished look. I wouldn't have gone for it otherwise.

i think that wing is to big for my taste. i like the 99 spec wing and the other mazdaspeed wing. i think that looks niiiice

 

I've owned the '99 wing .. looks nice from some angles but the piece that side piece is just too bulky and no curves on the car match it.
