Somebody threw a hub cap at my 7

Someone threw a FU@KING HUB CAP at my driver side door below my door handle. NO DENTS. I used Meguires Glaze and Wax, but could not get out ONE kinda deep scratch and two smaller scratches out. I ran my finger nail accross the three scratches and I could feel the scratch......... I have a body shop friend that said that I could go to the dealership and get the touch up paint. Then he could fill it in, wet sand it, fill it in, and finally buff it out..............Or I could go to the dealership and get them to air brush it in. What is the better option???? This 1995 black R2 in mint condition with only 10,000 miles on it and I want I to look like it has never been touched (SHOW CAR). I am worried that I will see from different angles the filled in area!!!! I really do not want to paint it due to the rest of the car not matching perfectly. Sorry for the long rant.......................
Thanks in advance

I am guessing you saw this person do this or picked a really weird object to be thrown at your car.

Did you beat the crap out of this person?

I hate when people do sh*t like that. The other day, some kids thought it was funny to throw what must have been corn-apples at cars as they drove by. I didn't get hit, but if I did...it would have been hell to pay. Sorry to hear about that crap man.

The ******* hub cap was beside the car when I came out of the store. i just wanted to know what can be done professionally without painting the door? Will I see the filled in area?

I hope these ************* pay!!! This car was a collectable for the generations to see in the future.

If its not too big they can usually paint that small area and blend it with the door. That way the whole door doesnt have to be painted. If its a big one then your gonna have to have it painted..
