So what is your preference?
When cleaning the engine bay of your 7/8 which products do you prefer for polishing, degreasing, etc. you know for all the pain staking time (if we have it to spare) that we all thoroughly enjoy spending on our cars.
I was just wondering...I hope no one has asked this so that I'm not scalded (please God that would suck and be so painful

for heavy dirt, i sometimes use whitely's white wall cleaner. Just be carefull, it can be corrosive. For plastics I used "back to black". For shiny things I use brass polish.

Don't worry about what to use... make your girlfriend go out and scrub it with a toothbrush... while you play violent video games and drink lots of alcohol... she should know her place.
