To do this you need the pivot correct?, i've seen people pull the fuse at the moment where they want the headlight to sit, but i think that is gay.

is it possible to cut a wire like the 240's?

Don't pull the fuse. There are two ways of getting the look you want.

*buy a Pivot headlight adjustable box or...
*go to Radio Shack and make you own. (Search around. You will find what you need)

Do what travisorus said and go to radio shack and make your own. It might be hard to do, but the results will be well worth it. Theres a big thread around here, search for that and you'll find out how to do it.
