Sleepy eyes

does anybody know how to do the sleepy eyes. i know how to do itby pulling out the headlight fuse but i want them to always look sleepy. and when you do it with the fuse they never look the same.

i have been searching for a while and i cant find anything if anyone knows another posting that i missed or a site that tells how to mechanically do it. i saw a kit for a fd but i just want my fc light to be open half way all the time without much work. if it is not possible what do i have to do to achieve the "sleepy" look

i figured it out so u dont have to pull the fuse. just disconnect the headlight motors and turn the ****
