Hood for the moment. Sitting in Afghanistan right now. Trying to drop my flight packet to go to WOCS when i get back, hopefully that goes well. Waiting on letters of recommendation.

Almost home!
Been at school for a year.....its waiting at home....10 days and start the install of wideband, PFC, and start tuning to burn some rubber!!!!

looks like the OEM '99 spec;

I have one on mine up there (post 117), a different angle though

FYI for future reference lip spoiler(s) are referred and understood to be the lip under the front bumper. In any case you what you are looking for is the Shine auto low profile spoiler:
