When you last saw the car in person in Ocala, they were in my garage. I didn't know if I wanted to put them on or not but seeing Jim's car made up my mind. The fit with the FRP rear diffuser isn't so hot but I'm not as much a perfectionist as you. Had to trim the base up to fit better...you should have noticed these in my photobucket album.

LOL. You are EVIL. I'll have to get my wheel next week. I'll look to your post for my instructions to get that thing on there. Paper clip, huh? LOL.

Ha. Jim's cars was the reason I went with the re-a pro diffuser and cs add-ons, I am going to miss it

If you want to wait till August when I get back, I will do the install for you. The paper-clip is key for getting the wheel off without frustration.

If I remember right, he traded it to a guy in TX. Is your car a 94? Have holes in the hatch from where the wing was removed?

A couple more of mine:

Mine is a 94 PEP but the rear hatch was changed before I got it, so no rear wing. Mine was built by the owner in 2008. Saw the gutted rotary...

You got a sweet car man!

Ahhh... ok. I see. Thanks man. Your car looks really really nice!! I have a yellow FD that's an LS1 car. Haven't got it on the road yet(well, it won't really be on the road as it's a full gutted and caged track car), but really look forward to seeing what it can do and how it compares with the rotary since I have a similar built(suspension, steering, and brake wise) single turbo rotary FD. I'm sure they will both have their pro's and con's

Here are 2 pics of my 94.
Only change I have made is new tires in the rear. I now have 255/40/17 vs the 225's that were temp.

VA Waxing Your Montego Blue

Have a question regarding Montego Blue Waxing / Polishing.

I myself have a Montego Blue and overall the condition of the car is a low 9 out of 10.

It needs a good wax.

I've been using the NU Finish. The Once a Year Car Polish.

It does a OK job.

What do you all use on your Montego Blue RX-7 for the BEST and the GREATEST Results?

I haven't done this yet but used zaino on my last car. Best I've ever had.

They are Catz Fog Lights ( Amber ). I believe they are the XLO series, but not 100% sure. I have the box they came in storage. Let me know if you want to know the exact series and I will check for you.

I use Meguiars 3 step process once a year. Keeps the paint looking real good.
