No such thing as a reclining racing seat... it's an oxymoron. A bucket that seat that reclines is just a seat. Only a fixed-back bucket seat is a "racing" seat.

I've heard people say good things about the reclining Bride and Recaro fakes though...

But I'd get something from Corbeau if I was you... they make FIA homuglated seats that are still affordable (reclining and fixed).

you can re-upholster you factory seats for a more sporty color, additionally I think the S5 TII seats are really nice. But as above, anything that is a reclining seat, is not a true sport seat.

Corbeau offers a good selection, however there material quality is not all that.

They do look nice... although I'd rather have a cheap fixed back seat than a cheap reclining seat... much less to go wrong (besides the shell itself).

Most of the guys I knew in Japan would buy a fixed-back seat, and leave the passenger seat stock. That way, you don't spend a ton of money, and you still have a place to sleep, or carry a passenger who isn't going to want to sit in a hardcore sports seat.

That's what I plan to do...eventually.

Just would not buy knock off seats, just like I would not buy a knock-off helmet if I was motorcycling.......

those ebay mazdaspeed seats are nice to look at, but suck as performance seats (for holding you inplace)
i'm a small guy (5'4 135) and i thought my s4 turboII seats were a little big, but those "mazdaspeeds" have a good 2 inches or so more width in the seating area
