just fyi, if anyone else is interested in the kit... i e-mailed a few people and was told to "contact Shine Street. 310-329-6200 ask for Adam or JP." so at least there's a lead developing here. i will continue to post updates as i chase this thing down.

sorry guys, some other issues (mainly purchasing a house with my wife) have gotten in the way of my pursuit of the ultimate (at least in my mind) FD3s, so i've not bothered to follow-up on finding prices for the Sanai Works body kit... hopefully, i'll be able to get back on track soon. will be sure to keep anyone interestedposted.

bump.

have you tried contacting sanai directly? I've dealt with them* - and they are nice guys

* can't recall if it was in english or japanese - but either way - worth trying them directly before worrying about a middle man

no, i haven't tried dealing with them directly (guess i was thinking that the whole Japense/English language thing might be an issue) but i will be talking to them after i talk to a middle man to compare prices and hastle of shipping, etc. hopefully in the spring i'll have enough saved up again, just need to get into the house for now.

I just ordered their bumperfor 65,000 yen. They were having a sale on their aero parts just recently but unfortunately it didnt go for long.

Hopefully I'll get some time to go out to their shop next month. If you would like me to ask them anything just let me know. Perhaps if you had a group buy they could do a deal.

It looks like a C-West and GTC lovechild.

Not saying that's bad, but that's what it looks like.

Pugg..No worries..Send me a PM sometime. I want the side skirts, fenders, front undertray as well. Looks like they also make undertrays that run along the underside to cover up fuel lines etc.

I think I better start getting friendly with the bank manager.

I was lucky to give them a call just as they were finishing the sale.

hmm... i didn't see all of those parts on the webpage... but then its difficult to navigate when even the translated page makes no sense to me. do you happen to have any more info on the parts available? all i could find was the rear spoiler, rear diffuser, front bumper and side skirts, i couldn't find pricing on the fenders or any of the undertrays. could you e-mail them to me if you do? pugg57@gmail.com thanks very much.

yupyup, that his. I sold him my old pineapple motor and he's pushing 416rwhp at 15 psi on a T04E XS kit. He has custom suede interior, custom sound system, custom pods, and custom wing. Other than the engine work, everything else was done in house. XS Engineering charged him 8k to install the motor and dyno tuning.

Thanks

His younger brother made it from foam and fiberglass.

I was suppose to get those StopTech brakes also! He ordered like 15 sets, only 950 a set. Too bad I was out of town.
