does anyone here have it? if so, how is the fitment?

The fitment is fine. There are no tabs to mount it to the bottom of the steering column so you need to either use glue, tape or fab up some other way to keep it in place.

what do most people do for the mounting since it has no tabs??

I used some Black RTV as suggested by another forum member. It holds up for a while but I've already had to reapply it.

Not a big deal though.

I used some silicone sealant on a couple of spots - havent had it come loose yet

Im getting one and i am just going to mold it to the steering column so if it needs to come off which it wont then I will just take off the whole piece.

how will u take it off if its molded. it wont pull off through the turnsignal switch and to get that off you have to unscrew it underneath the cover.

please explain this.

I think the way it will work is that I will mold it to the already existing piece at least thats how my custom guy said he would do it and it would still work. I just let him do his stuff and go from there.

If i read that correctly that material is used to catch rats correct. How well does this hold because i could use some of that to get some stuff on my car... and i also have rodent problems so i can kill two birds with one stone
