I assumed when you said Type-R you meant a Civic Type R (ie the Integra Type R)

I'm thinking too that the '92 "Type R" referred to above is the same car as an R1 but w/ a different name (JDM).

It's not two clips, it's not a US car converted...it's actually a JDM one, and came w/ the title to prove it. Loopholes are currently being pursued to make it street "legal" so we'll see how it goes. Frankly, I think the hard part is over (getting it here). If anything becomes of it (ie tags and title), I'll post.
The reason for my original post is this...No one cares if the car is JDM or RHD.
If fcdrifter13 wants to convert to RHD or buy a JDM model, than by all means, DO IT. Don't come onto this forum and bullshit and just talk about how you are going to do this and that...blah...blah...blah...blah...blah.

I haven't posted anything about mine because...well...it's worthless at this point lol. If/when something becomes of it, then it may be worth posting about. But I just wanted to let ya know there are def. ways around getting them here.
We are converting a 240sx to RHD at my shop right now so it will be able to run a bigger turbo. The way we are going at it is we are cutting the 180sx's firewall out and welding it into the 240sx. We had to go this way with it because the firewalls are pretty different. We cut it below the vin number, because there is a seam right there from where it was welded in stock. This way we will be able to bolt up all the stock jdm stuff.

In any case, good luck getting it on the road.
